Responsible for delivering best-in-class training in the areas of sales, service, and strategic management, she has also been influential in shaping and directing the operating platform’s policies and best practices. Cait also gained responsibility for our growing Training Department and Property Marketing teams, allowing her to have broader organizational and portfolio impact. Prior to joining Coastal Ridge, Cait worked for Bozzuto in various field-centric roles. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University where she was a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi and is actively involved with the fraternity’s Alumni Advisory Council.
